Frequently asked questions
Which FBOs do you serve?
Every business aviation terminal at Paris–Le Bourget Airport. Choose yours in the form; if it isn’t listed, select “Autre FBO” and add its name in the notes for your rider.
What if my aircraft is early or late?
Give us the registration or flight number: your rider tracks the arrival and adjusts the pick-up time. For a major change, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
How much luggage can I bring?
One cabin bag per passenger is included. A checked suitcase can be added for €30 per motorbike. For more luggage, contact us and we will arrange separate delivery.
We are travelling as a group.
Each motorbike carries one passenger. Add one passenger per person in the form, up to 10 motorbikes travelling together.
I am booking for an executive or a client.
Untick “I am travelling” and enter the passenger’s name and phone. You receive the confirmation and the rider contacts the passenger directly.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pick-up. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with your reference and you will be refunded in full.
